It's about fairness and ensuring that everyone must have an equal chance to success,irrespective of factors like race,gender , socioeconomic status, or abilities. It's not about treating everyone exactly the same but rather recognizing and addressing the diverse needs and circumstances of individual to achieve fairness and justice in this society.
